Please include your name, address, and e-mail address when you contact us. We encourage you to promptly update your Identifiable Information if it changes. You may ask to have the information on your account deleted or removed and request that we no longer have contact with you; however, because we keep track of past transactions for as long as is reasonably necessary, you cannot delete information associated with past transactions on this Website. In addition, it may be impossible to completely delete your information without some residual information because of backups.

To have any personally identifiable information deleted, you need to send us a request email to support@traderpulse.com.
 

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you Services contact us at support@traderpulse.com. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We will respond to your request to access within 30 days.

 

7. Choices Regarding Control of Your Personally Identifiable Information

We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any Personally Identifiable Information you submit within the App.
